Return Policy

Due to the fact that Shell’s Salty Studio and Teresa Dalton (AKA: Teresa’s Artworks) are small businesses; all sales are final. Returns are not accepted and there will be no refunds.

We hope that in the not too distant future we will be able to grow our business and implement a return policy for our customers, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide returns at this time.

If your order arrives to you damaged, we will gladly send a replacement. Simply email us at ShellsSaltyStudio@gmail.com. We will need a picture of the damaged item and proof of purchase in order to issue a replacement.

Replacements for damaged items may take up to 30 days to ship.
